September 1
Day 1 - Tuesday - DEPART from your home airport to Catania-Fontanarossa International Airport, CTA. You will arrive the next day.
September 2
Day 2 - Wednesday - Arrive to Catania-Fontanarossa International Airport, CTA private transport to GIARDINI NAXOS for check-in into the hotel. Welcome dinner at Roberto’s Sikelia Cafe in Giardini Naxos.
*Please note: There will be one transfer at 11am and another at 2 pm from the airport to the hotel. We can arrange any additional transfers including alternative arrival days.
September 3
Day 3 - Thursday - After breakfast we head to the Province of Messina and visit the city center of MESSINA. We get there just in time to watch the biggest and most complex astronomical clock in the world perform Ave Maria. Then we walk around for a guided tour of a city that has seen massive destruction but has managed to flourish. Later we will visit SAVOCA, one of the locations of the Godfather Trilogy and one of the most beautiful village in Sicily. Dinner at Roberto’s Sikelia Cafe in Giardini Naxos.
September 4
Day 4 - Friday - After breakfast we will venture off to see the North side of MOUNT ETNA. Then we will travel to FIUMEFREDDO, PIEDIMONTE ETNEO, CASTIGLIONE DI SICILIA, and LINGUAGLOSSA some, of the picturesque villages on the slopes of Mount Etna. Later in the evening we will have a vineyard tour tasting and dinner.
September 5
Day 5 - Saturday - Breakfast at the hotel then head to TAORMINA the pearl of Europe! After a guided tour of this spectacular city, with plenty of historic and breathtaking sights, you will have plenty of free time to shop, stroll around and have a granita at Bam Bar. Dinner together, then transport to the hotel.
September 6
Day 6 - Sunday - Today is a FREE RELAXING DAY of your choice.
After breakfast at the hotel, you can enjoy a RELAXING BOAT TRIP from Giardini Naxos for experience the spectacular CAVES and ISOLA BELLA. Or you could stay at the hotel and enjoy the pool and private beach. Or you could walk around Giardini Naxos and shop. Or visit a town of your choice. Today’s excursions are on your own. We can help book drivers and boating. Dinner together.
September 7
Day 7 - Monday - Pack your bags and check-out of the hotel. After breakfast we’ll head to TINDARI, in the province of Messina, for a visit of the black Madonna Sanctuary. Then transfer to Milazzo to take the ferry to LIPARI. Check-in into the hotel, dinner together.
September 8
Day 8 - Tuesday - Breakfast and guided tour of LIPARI to discover the beauties of the largest Aeolians’ islands. Dinner together.
September 9
Day 9 - Wednesday - Today is another Free Relaxing Day of your choice. You can visit another island or go to the beach or go shopping. Breakfast at the hotel, dinner locally.
September 10
Day 10 - Thursday - Pack your bags and check-out of the hotel, after breakfast we will depart from LIPARI to Milazzo and transfer to SICILIA’S RESIDENCE in Aci Catena, CATANIA. Dinner together.
September 11
Day 11- Friday - Day tour of ACI TREZZA, ACI CASTELLO. You will see the famed “Rocks of the Cyclopes” and the Norman Castle, and be amazed at the quaintness and beauty they both hold. Farewell dinner in Aci Trezza, then back to the hotel.
September 12
Day 11- Saturday - ARRIVEDERCI! Transport to Catania-Fontanarossa International Airport, CTA start planning next trip to Sicily.

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION:
Cancellations must be received in writing (can include email). The charges below will apply from the date we receive your written notice.
- The Initial Trip Deposit of $750 per person is fully non-refundable. We can hold this deposit for 2 years should you wish to reschedule on any of our tours.
- 60 to 50 days before departure you will lose 50% of the trip cost already paid or deposit, whichever is greater
- 49 to 11 days before departure you will lose 80% of the cost of the trip cost already paid or deposit whichever is greater
- 10 days or fewer before departure, you will lose 100% of your trip cost paid
Price is guaranteed on a minimum of 4 participants.
